Description
VALTRON DP054 is a high-alkaline, low foam detergent formulated for removing heavy soils and greases typically found in medical device manufacturing. DP054 is especially effective in removing hydrocarbons, polishing slurries, oils, and particulates from cobalt-chrome stainless steel and ferrous metals. VALTRON DP054 demonstrates excellent cleaning and rinsability characteristics.
Application
VALTRON DP054 detergent is effective in contact and non-contact cleaning equipment for ultrasonic, megasonic, agitated immersion and spray cleaning applications. Typical dilution rates are 5.0 – 10.0% by volume but may vary depending upon the type and quantity of contamination. VALTRON DP054 detergent should be used at elevated temperatures.
Packaging
VALTRON DP054 detergent is available in 5 gallon (18.9 L) pails and 55 gallon (208 L) drums.
