Valtech’s Statement Addressing the Impact of Coronavirus

As we continue to monitor the latest information about the global COVID-19 outbreak, we are taking additional measures to ensure we safeguard the health of our employees and preserve our ability to operate. Our office staff at our facility in Pottstown, PA is working remotely and we have minimized the number of employees at our manufacturing facility during this situation. Our Pottstown, PA facility has been considered as a life-sustaining business based on the guidance provided by the governor of the state and will remain open. Our facility in Shanghai, China has reopened as of February 20th, 2020 and is now operating at full capacity.
The entire global supply chain has been impacted due to the COVID-19 outbreak. We are experiencing some disruptions in our supply chain however we are working through solutions. We are in close communication with our customers to determine any potential impacts or delays. We are also continuously verifying our suppliers’ ability to supply raw materials to our global sites to continue operating our manufacturing facilities.
We realize this situation remains very dynamic and we will continue to provide updates as we learn more. We are confident in our preparation and contingency planning for situations such as this. We remain committed to providing the superior service and support that our customers have come to expect of our company throughout this situation.
