Valtech supplies specialty chemical formulated detergents to the major worldwide computer disk drive manufacturers and their component suppliers.
The VALTRON® line of high-purity aqueous detergents are formulated for precision cleaning of all components used in the computer hard disk drive (HDD), including base plates, top covers, magnetic media, heads, suspension arms, flex cables, clamps, spacers and other critical components. The VALTRON detergents offer a unique combination of surfactant blends, solvents, builders, and dispersants in formulations that provide excellent sub-micron particle removal and emulsification of hydrocarbon films for a residue-free surface. The detergents are available in acidic, neutral pH and alkaline formulations, as well as non-foaming and low-foaming formulations depending on the cleaning equipment being used.
