Description
VALTRON SW4120 is a moderately alkaline detergent formulated for spray applications to clean a variety of glass formulations such as precision optics, molds, and plastic. The unique blend of surfactants and dispersants removes contaminants such as fingerprints, light oils, hydrocarbons and dust particles without attacking the surface of polycarbonate or glass substrates. VALTRON SW4120 is completely rinsable.
Application
VALTRON SW4120 is formulated for high and low-pressure spray, ultrasonics and mechanical scrub applications. Dilution rates are 1.0% – 10.0% by volume with 3.0% to 5.0% being typical. SW4120 detergent can be used at temperatures of 120°F to 150°F (49°C to 65.5°C).
Packaging
VALTRON SW4120 detergent is available in 5 gallon (18.9 L) pails and 55 gallon (208 L) drums.
