Description
VALTRON SW4150 is an alkaline detergent formulated for use in in-line spray applications to clean ophthalmic lenses and polycarbonate substrates. A combination of surfactants allows for complete removal of fingerprints and process contamination.
Application
VALTRON SW4150 is formulated for in-line pressure spray equipment, ultrasonic and mechanical scrub applications. Dilution rates are 1.0% – 10% by volume with 3.0% to 5.0% being typical. SW4150 detergent can be used at temperatures of 120°F to 150°F (49°C to 65.5°C).
Packaging
VALTRON SW4150 detergent is available in 5 gallon (18.9 L) pails and 55 gallon (208 L) drums.
